Fresh appeal issued after group of thieves cause ‘extensive damage’ in village shop

The Spar shop in Minster Lovell near Witney was forced to close for the second time in three months following the incident, which police say happened between 1.10am and 1.25am on Friday, December 27.
Thames Valley Police said five or six offenders broke into the shop, causing “extensive damage”, and used a vehicle to pull out the ATM from the store before leaving.
A spokesperson for the force said: “We are requesting residents to check their CCTV and any dash cams they may have if driving in the area at the time.
